Create a strategy & campaign
Let’s create a campaign for our new client SaasRise.
Your task is to create an outreach strategy and write a cold email sequence. Then, film a short video explaining the strategy as you would explain to the new client.
All necessary information about SaasRise is here:
Strategy
Present as a video recording of up to 5 min. Use Loom for an easy recording tool. Make sure I can view it.
A couple questions to consider (but you should cover other things too if you want):
- What should be the GTM strategy?
- What channels to pursue? How & where does cold email fit?
- What would be a good funnel?
- Lead Magnets?
- Where do we get the lists & data from? Can we get 60k contacts every month?
- How would you implement this strategy (specifically the cold email part)? What tools would you use?

- You can write an email sequence of multiple emails
- Feel free to use AI variables to personalize emails, and write an example of how you want AI to write.
- Example: “We have {X type of company} members in our community.” = “We have 31 LegalTech members in our community.”
